I apologize for not getting these up sooner, but there were issues with some of the tests that I believe I have fixed.
2013 Hoover Tests and Ciphering
When you click any of the links for previous tests and ciphering, the view will make it look like there is an error. However, if you click File on the Google Docs menu, then click Download, you will be able to download the .zip file.
When I try to open a document from the zip file, it states that I need a password for the encrypted file.
